Born 26 October 1963, East Orange, New Jersey, USA. Although he only made an impact in the late 90s with his club hits "The Freaks Come Out", "The Way We Used To", and "(You Got Me) Burning Up", Fisher has been involved with the music industry since leaving high school. He spent his formative years going to all-night parties in his native New Jersey run by Tony Humphries. He took to DJing and eventually picked up production work for Timmy Regisford at Motown Records.
