I've bought Se:Sa - Like This, Like That among 9 other tracks. But when the download reach 99 %, i'm told the transfer can't be done. Is something wrong with that specific file? The other 9 tracks was downloaded succesfully.

A very strange problem, but i'm looking into it. It seems that the problem lies with the two dots ':' in the artist name & the computer can't interpetrate them into the file name. Our coding team are dealing with the error & it should be fixed asap. I will send u an email as soon as it is fixed, just keep the file in your download area/history & you will be able to download it once more.

hey im still waiting my track what for i have payd.damn,im really pissed off right now.I HAVE PAYD FOR MY TRACK WHAT I WANT TO DOWNLOAD BUT I CANT. still no reaction about my thread here. what is the problem???? |

Soge, there was unfortunatly no one in the office over the weekend, so your post could not be answered. Our working hours are from Mo-Fri 10am until approx 20pm CET.
