i bought many tracks but cant download 1 track

i bought lowrider-cool but i cant download 3rd track.somekind of html document is there not mp3 file.anyway i have spent alot money but i cant get what i want.im glad when i can use services wichones works correctly without any downtimes with solving some problems. so,i do shortly LOWRIDERS-COOL is release and i cant download lowrdiders-cool (rocco and bass t remix edit). |

There seems to be no problem with the track, i also downloaded the track without any difficulty. If you still do have a problem with the track, just send me an email: jeremy.crowle@djtunes.com. TIP: Next time when you're downloading more than one track just use the zip download function. |

windows explorer and mozilla dont support foreign letters/symbols in download links.please fix that.3_Lowrider - Cool Rocco & Bass-t Remix|Edit.mp3 i dont know any browser who can download that. i think i even cant download that anymore cos its moved now to download archive and i tryd to download it like 30 times or so with different browsers.even tryd several times in zipped,but wotn work.cos i cant open rar file cos of that stupid | thing in name or so. i want that thing will be solved out very fast. |

damn,i just bought that same track again,and indeed,its a problem caused by trackname.these | symbols in link are not allowed and aswell cant extract rar/zip with these symbols.so how i can get refund from that extra bought track and when will be that trackname fixed? |

I really dont know what your problem is....i have just downloaded the track AGAIN and i have no problem with the zip file or with the normal download....it seems to be a problem with your computer settings and not our system!! I have sent u the track to your email address...If that still doesnt work, then u should definitely check your computer settings!

big thanks,now its working because in track name is not anymore these weird symbols.its named now like 3-lowrider-cool-rocco-bass-t-remixedit.mp3but before it was named like 3-lowrider-cool-rocco-bass-t-remixedit.mp3 and thats why it wasnt working. |
