Armada Music

Armada Music is a record label that specializes in the production of trance music, co-founded by Armin van Buuren. Armada Music in an independent Dutch Record Company and was founded in June 2003 by Armin van Buuren, Maykel Piron, and David Lewis. "Armada" was formed by utilizing the first two letters in each of the founding members' names. The approach to combining everything music related in one company has attracted several top names to the label as; Markus Schulz, Remy, M.I.K.E., Perry O'Neil, Mischa Daniels, Nick K and StoneBridge who are all responsible for the A&R activities of their own label within Armada Music, while van Buuren himself deals with A&R activities for the Armada labels: Armind and A State Of Trance.
